Is delivery free?

We are proud to say that delivery is free island-wide around Singapore, there will be no need to pay shipping regardless of where you are in Singapore!

How long does it take to deliver?

We are the only massage chair company in Singapore that has 24 hours delivery for a massage chair. Order it today, get it today!

How can I assemble the massage chair?

The massage chair comes with an instruction manual on how to assemble it. However if you’re unsure or need help, kindly ask our delivery men to help you assemble it at no extra cost!

Can you dispose of my old massage chair?

Yes. We do have disposal services to get rid of your current massage chair. Kindly ask our deliverymen to dispose of your massage chair during delivery.

Can I trade in my current massage chair?

Unfortunately, we do not have trade-in service. Alternatively, we do have disposal services to get rid of your unwanted massage chairs. We are unable to provide “trade-in” prices as Cosmo Massage Chairs are already very competitively priced for the features that we offer that can only be found in higher-end massage chairs.

How long is the trial?

The trial period lasts for 10 days. During the 10 days, for any reason at all, free free to return the massage chair by dropping us a call or email to get your full refund.

How does the trial work?

All you need to do to start the trial is place your order online or walk into our showroom and order your very own Cosmo Massage Chair and your trial will be activated upon delivery.

If I don't like it during the trial period, how can I return it?

For any reason at all, during the trial period, you are eligible to return the Massage chair to us by dropping us a call or email which can be found under “contact us”.

How can i get my refund?

Once your Massage Chair has been returned, all you need to do is wait for 7 – 14 business days for the processing to finish and you will received your refund in full.

How long will my refund take?

Your refund is automatic and the processing will take 7 – 14 business days.

Rest easy! Your warranty is automatically registered with us once you make your payment and will activate upon delivery.

How can I claim my warranty?

You can easily claim your warranty by dropping us a call/email to us and we will activate your warranty within 24 hours and exchange your massage chair for a new one.
