I am recommending the Cosmo Massage Chair because I feel it’s a good value having reasonable price. However I don’t have any experience with any other massage chairs to say if this one is truly better than others at its price point (or any other price point for that matter). But I like my choice and will definitely refer it to my near and dear ones.
You can feel the heat/massage mechanism lumps in the seat. The seat cushion is not comfortable, the sound is VERY loud when trying to get the foot recliner down (my husband wakes me up during the night when he pushes the footrests down), one of the seats is already lopsided and it creaks. These aren’t going to last long. I’m sorry I bought them. If it weren’t for the fact that I need a narrow chair, I’d return them.
I bought 2 to replace the cheap loveseat in our travel trailer. They fit perfectly and are actually pretty comfortable. The only complaint would be that we can feel the massage pieces on the seat portion when we sit down. Other than that they are just what we needed!
Bought this for my mother and she loves it. The only thing that I would change how the foot rest raises and lowers. Very difficult. My mom can’t push it down on her own and it’s a pain.
My wife LOVES this chair and is literally living in it when the kids aren’t around. The only thing I’d say is that it’s not quite 100% solid and if you’re on the heavier side it lurches a little. But still a great chair.
Love the chair, super comfy but once you put it in recliner position. It swivels on its own to the left. We are gonna put something under there to hold it in place. No issues with closing the leg rest, as other buyers said. Otherwise for the price its actually decent.
It was great at first, but after a few weeks of use, it seems the massage pads that hit the back of the thighs are protruding too much.
The chair is easy to put together. But the plugins for the massager control do not match up. I’m going to have to research it more. Chair is comfortable, wish it leaned back just a little more in up right position. Overall I’m pleased. Love that it rocks and swivels.
I like my chair its comfortable. The vibration is nice and the heat too. Also It’s really easy to put the foot rest back in me and my disabled mom have no problems with it which was a plus. I’ll give you 4stars because this chair could be improved a little bit.

Ok! This is a smaller recliner. I am 173 cm and my feet hang off of it at the ankles. Honestly it’s a really decent chair. Besides it’s size it works and is comfortable. The built in vibrator is exactly that and I think the heat works. I haven’t felt it get hotter then my own body heat after 30 min. The light that says it’s working at least comes on.
I have a bad back and I love the chair to lay back in when I really need to de-stress and if my back is hurting it really helps! And, it is also a comfy and stylish chair that goes with any decor!
I really like the advanced features for this chair. The massage and heat are also nice. The massage is really just vibration versus anything that kneads you, but it’s still nice. I know this claims to be leather….not too sure it’s real leather, but for the price I’m not going to look too hard at that. For the price, so far, this seems like a really good deal and I’m happy with my purchase.
THE MASSAGE CHAIR WAS LOADED WITH FEATURES THAT WERE WHAT i WAS LOOKING FOR, HOWEVER, THE ONLY THING I FELT WAS A DESIGN FLAW WAS THE GETTING IN & OUT OF THE CHAIR WAS DIFFICULT WE HAD A TECHNICAL ISSUE THAT WE WERE UNABLE TO RESOVE. THE RETURN WAS HANDLED GREAT, I WOULD RECOMMEND THE PURCHASING OF THIS TYPE OF CHAIR BASED MAINLY ON THE SUPPORT AFTER THE SALE.
I will some it up with pros and cons. But note… it can be a little stressful on the lower back trying to bring down the leg raiser. Keep in mind the material is not durable!! So it’s best you get a seat cover made for these types of chairs. Especially for the foot rest area. Yes! it is comfortable, easy to assemble, the rocking motion is heaven, slightly rocking back and forth while the chair is all the way back is double heaven!!
Chair is of good quality and delivery was way faster than they estimated… about 5 days to my front door. The only con I’ve noticed is when the roller gets around your tail bone/hip bone area, it’s really uncomfortable.
The chair is very comfortable. However the massage is more like a vibration not really a massage. The heat doesn’t stay on long and it’s only in one area at a time, no option for all three.
I’ve owned this chair for about 2 months, and it is simply perfect. For the price, I would say it is serviceable.

It was delivered earlier then expected by about a week which was really nice. The delivery driver helped sit it in my living room. Ii was really easy to unpack and I didn’t even need to read instructions on how to put it together. This chair is so user friendly that my 2 year old knows how to turn it on and how to set my favorite setting and how to turn it off. This chair is amazing! Worth every penny. Great preset programs or you can just turn it on and let it do it’s thing. It’s strong enough to get a really deep massage or you can’t adjust down to a light massage. Attaching the foot piece is easy, plug it in and you’re all set. I LOVE THIS CHAIR!!! Takes a few times to learn to adjust to your liking, then loving it happens. The remote takes time to adjust to what will happen when you punch the different settings (I am still working with finding out what it does on this or that setting?) I place a small pillow under my pelvis most of the time. Love the foot massage also.

Like many have said, I was very apprehensive about purchasing a chair online without trying it. Today was my first day in it and so far I love it! This massage chair has brought a great deal of relief to myself and my husband. My massage chair can be used anytime. Early morning the stretching mode helps me to get ready to work. During the day it depends on my availability, but I use relaxing mode most of the times, specially before go to bed. Sleeping mode (180 recline) makes me sleep pretty fast. That’s awesome!

Good value ! Nicely put together massage chair with many features of the more expensive models. The leg/foot portion could be improved some for taller people which is the reason for the 4 star on comfort. Did have an issue with the hydraulics in the first year and the company was quick to respond and replace the malfunctioning part. Definitely recommend.
I absolutely love this chair! I was reluctant at first, deciding if it was something I would truly use or would it end up being a laundry rack (lol). Now that I have it, I use it rather regularly!!! Best purchase ever! I get stress headache quite often. So before bed at night, I sit in my chair and have my troubles massaged away. If I would have paid for a 60 min massage at the spa every time I used this chair so far it would have paid itself off.

It’s nice for what it is and for the price, but the massage is so light it’s just like a vibrate .. I really love the deep rollers . It’s also kinda a smaller chair .. but again for the price it does the job just needed a chair but I would say if u want an actual massage chair, it’s worth paying a bit more because this really doesn’t do it for me . But it’s a good chair it’s sturdy and no issues just isn’t really a massage ..

This is a very nice massage chair. It is easy to use the remote control and it gives super comfortable massage. My wife and I now fight to use it. While it is not like a human massage, but it is almost like one.

Until I got the message chair I was waking up every morning in a lot of pain. I have 3 herniated disc’s hitting on nerves and as soon as I got this chair it has helped me so much. Now, I don’t wake up in pain so bad as earlier. I highly recommend this massage chair.
Decent chair for what I paid. “Massager” is just vibrations, not mad about it, just doesn’t do anything for me. Chair is fairly comfortable after a few weeks of use. Don’t think I’ll use as my living room chair after I am able to buy a decent one, but great for the price, will probably go in a secondary room.
I really like this recliner and was looking forward to the heat option. But it doesn’t heat. The ‘massage’ feature works just fine but not heat. It also came with a couple little tiny scuffs which stick out on the corners of it. Mostly bummed on the heat though.
I’m 175.26 cm and probably few cms too tall for this chair. My lil old mother loves it. You can feel the massage buttons under the padding if you sit just right, but overall it’s good for shorter people and kids.
Great chair! Had to take the arm rests off to get it in my extra upstairs bedroom. Chair goes from neck all the way to the buttocks. Nice to use it after the gym or any other time my back is getting tense. Have no complaints.

This chair is well worth the money! My husband uses it daily, he just had shoulder surgery and you can turn off any area you need so he turns off the shoulder area for now. It also arrived earlier than anticipated, there are wheels in the back so you can tip and roll it where you need it. The zero gravity is wonderful!

We purchased this chair a few months ago and use it daily. Excellent quality and provides a deep massage. The only area for improvement would be the yoga stretch feature. It only moves back and forth without the stretch. The other features are amazing so it is was not a big deal to us. Set up was fast and simple. Highly recommend and would purchase again.

The Cosmo Massage Chair really does a wonderful job. Airbags on this model are great! The track on this extends from top of neck down to under the butt. It doesn’t stop at the waist like some. Zero gravity is great, heat is a nice bonus, and the speakers for blue tooth are external by your ears, not inside the body of the chair like some others are. Everybody has to relax and enjoy!

Easy set up and easy to use. The chair get all the way under your bottom and up to your neck. The airbags can be really strong and the programmed setting are a great pressure. It really does the job. Compared to other chairs, this one is really nice and worth the money.
I received the chair a few days sooner than expected. It is a solid and quiet. You can change massage types with the controller. It has a heater that’s in the perfect position for your back. The foot rollers fit my husband with his size. He’s 179 cm tall and the chair sensors had no problem measuring his body before he got a massage. Price wise, you can’t go wrong. I love this chair!!! Before purchasing, I read all the reviews and then decided to purchase it. The chair arrived earlier than expected. It came fully assembled in a huge cargo box with a palette at the bottom. I’m 160 cm tall, so the chair is perfect for me. There are several settings, has blue tooth, and speakers on the side. Instructions were very easy to follow. I’ve had it for 4 months now and I have to say, it’s one of the best purchase.
I live for the time I get to spend in this work of art! Whoever designed this gets 5 gold stars for ingenuity. I have arthritis and I’m used to living with stiff joints. I would go to the chiropractor or massage therapist anytime I could afford it. But the Cosmo Massage chair will remedy aches and pains I didn’t know I had! I simply love the Cosmo Massage Chair. I am 78 years old and have endured a shoulder replacement, knee replacement, shattered elbow and wrist in the past and now am suffering from the resulting arthritic pain and a bad hip. I have never had a professional massage so can’t compare this chair to that, but I can’t imagine that it could compare to this. It is so very intense and provides comfort to all parts of my body almost simultaneously. I’ve had it four days and getting the hang of using the remote. I’m already feeling better and planning on a daily routine of two 30 minute sessions, one mid morning and the other in the evening. The beautiful thing of this chair I noticed that the massage roller goes from your neck/base of the head, down to your butt. It has different styles of massage. Your legs, arms and shoulders are massaged by airbags and there is a good massage element that does the bottom of your feet. I like the variation of massage so haven’t changed it up. I would definitely recommend the chair to anyone who is looking. The price is reasonable and the massage is great.
My husband tried this at a relative’s house and so had me get it. He absolutely loves it and is in it at least once a day. 😊 He says it provides great relief for his back, both lower and upper. The product is 99% fully assembled. The only thing I had to do is attach the leg device which was as simple as one screw. Connect a couple cables and then its ready to use. Product works great!
I was a little nervous to purchase an item like this without testing it first but the reviews made me feel good about purchasing it on line. It has a beautiful compact design that fits perfectly in my living room without taking too much space or looking awkward. The pressure is fantastic although it was a little to hard for my dad who is 77. My children use it as well and they are all under 12 years old. It’s easy to navigate the control functions and the best part is that is came fully assembled and I only had to unwrap the box. We did have to hire 2 guys to help move it into the house from the garage but it was worth it. Price point for this chair is very good and I highly recommend it. I’ve never had a massage chair before so there isn’t anything for me to compare it to but it’s definitely perfect for our purposes and use.

The Foot rollers do a good job with the bottom of my feet, and the pressure balloons help my calves and ankles. The full length design of the track really helps loosen my back muscles and I can angle myself well to get into my shoulder and neck stress. Good to purchase!

Chair came faster than expected. Got it on July 2 and have used everyday. I’m 187.96 cm and fit fine. Put a little relaxing spa music on, set the mode for 25 mins and I;m out cold. I did my research before buying this Massage Chair! It is comparable to chairs that are more expensive and has lots of great features. The rollers go from the neck to your bottom, has air pressure on your arms and side, foot rollers and air pressure on your feet as well. Material is beautiful and you can push the feet extension out for taller people. Bluetooth music and super easy to use. Shipping came in a week ahead of time which was great. Highly recommended!

I was very diligent in researching massage chairs before purchasing this one. It is great. I found similar chairs at a local furniture store. But I found this chair more relaxing after taking so many trials with other chairs. So I am VERY happy with this purchase. I’m 180.34 cm and I have very broad shoulders. Very good massage chair! The remote is also fine. It takes a while to learn, but let’s one control just about every aspect of the massage chair. I like the fact the remote lets me focus the massage manually when I get a spot that needs special attention. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a fantastic massage chair for the value. It comes in one box. You will have to probably unbox it in order to get it through the door. But, once you unbox it, it’s pretty easy to get inside. For a couple years I thought about purchasing a massage chair and I finally pulled the trigger about 3 months ago. I use the Cosmo Massage Chair about every other night for approximately 30 minutes a session. It’s quite relaxing and the massage is a reasonably good pseudo-human massage. I like the zero-gravity function and sometimes I get in the chair simply because slouching on my couch aggravates my back. One on the major reasons I purchased the chair was to have an option other than the couch when the soft couch cushions aren’t cutting it anymore. Highly Recommended!
So you think you need a massage. You are right! You have to just adjust the chair to suit your needs. It takes a while using the controller to figure things out, it is just like most remote controls, you need to read and use it correctly. I love this so much and have used it multiple times a day since we have purchased this. It was actually an early Christmas gift for me and my husband. It is cheaper than a vacation for us and just like having that time away.
I have been using this chair for about a month, and must say that it is a high quality chair, and very affordable for all the features it has – zero gravity, heat, foot massage, airbags, etc. I like a really strong massage, and easily removed some of the padding to get it there. No assembly was required, and it came quickly in one piece. Once you figure out how to use the buttons/features you like, it does the job very well. I have owned massage chairs before, and this is by far my favorite, and a great value for the price.

I purchase the Cosmo Massage Chair, Full Body Zero Gravity Recliner with AI Voice Control months ago. I wanted it give it a while before writing anything. I am very pleased with my purchase, it was delivered the same day I was happy. They call and set a delivery date and time. The the delivery was right on time the driver unload the the chair which is packed very well protected. Attaching the foot/leg stool took every bit of 1 min and the it is ready to use. The instruction booklet is easy to follow and understand the different type of massages and how to use the remote setup.

Given the price (much cheaper than everywhere else I looked), I was very skeptical about this massage chair. However, it arrived at our door the same day after ordering. perfectly crated. Unpacking and attaching the foot rest takes all of 5 minutes. It is on rollers, so even though it’s heavy, it moves relatively easy. The faux leather is soft and smooth with absolutely no blemishes. The operation is easy and very enjoyable. We did find that it was about an inch wider than the door it had to go through, but the Cosmo Massage Chair responded promptly to my request for a video as to how to remove the arms so that it would fit through the door. They constantly followed up with me and were impressive with their diligence. I bought this chair for my office and all the employees absolutely love it. I highly recommend this chair and this supplier!

I love this massage chair. My husband and I both use the chair often; I like a preset program and he likes a manual massage. We’ve had it for five months. I love that it massages the whole body, including my feet and neck (they’re the most critical areas for me). I can get the right pressure by pushing the foot rest out as far as my leg naturally extends, then letting up a bit, and for my neck there is solid pressure when I lift the little pillow out of the way and move a little to one side and then the other. The chair arrived faster than expected. I love the chair especially the feet rollers. I work nights as a respiratory therapist, so I’m on my feet 12.5 hours at a time. Beyond amazing!!!!! What a magnificent chair. It gets from the top of your spine to your butt. A slight adjustment depending on your height to get from the base of your skull to your thighs. I fell asleep in the chair on stretch mode and felt so relaxed. It works best for me if the neck flap is moved and it makes a world of difference on how it feels on the neck and shoulders. Everybody has to try!

This Cosmo Massage Chair is worth the money, easy set up and easy to use. With 177.5 cm height, the chair easily adjusted to my long legs. The foot massage is wonderful with 3 rotating spots. I was concerned with the covering of the full feet but there is plenty of room. The motors and air bags are quite. Compared to other chairs, this one is really wonderful and worth the money for us. I don’t see getting any more out of a more expensive chair. Highly recommended!
Got the massage chair about 3 months ago. It came very well packaged. When I started using it, I found a lot of massage options than I’ve been able to count so far… pre-programed as well as giving you the ability to customize type, area and strength. To give you an idea how much we like it, over a recent 30 day trip what we most looked forward to getting back home to (kids grown and gone) was the massage chair.

It is a nice chair but the voice control is not worth the extra expense as the voice commands shown in the instructions are very odd to speak. It is not the typical verbiage to use for such commands.
